I began my VA journey in 2015, after roles as a PA to a high-net-worth family and in a corporate estate agency. Since then, I’ve supported businesses, brands, and busy people worldwide, specialising in marketing, social media, and property — while proudly leading a small but mighty team of superstar VAs.

Over the past decade, I’ve built a successful VA agency and a life I love, split between the UK and Thailand. None of it happened by chance — it came from embracing remote work, outsourcing, and building with intention. Now I share that belief with others, empowering them to create freedom through outsourcing and living a life on their terms.

I don’t just promote outsourcing, I live and breathe it. I practice what I preach because it works, and because I want you to experience the power that delegation can bring. I outsource many aspects of my business and personal life, to create time and headspace for the things that truly matter to me in life, and I help others do the same.
