I still can’t quite believe it — TVAC has just been awarded “Most Dedicated VA Agency” by the Southern Enterprise Awards 2025.
It feels surreal to see those words written down. This isn’t just a business achievement to me. It’s a reflection of the values and the vision that have driven everything I’ve built over the last ten years, often against the odds.
When I started TVAC, I didn’t come from money. I had no handouts, no mentor, no roadmap to follow. I dropped out of university to start a business with nothing but vision and an almost ridiculous work ethic. My husband’s beginnings were even more humble — he was born into poverty in rural North East Thailand, without even a house to call home.
What we shared was ambition, determination, and a vision for a different future. That’s what’s carried us through the tough times, the mistakes, and the lessons we had to learn the hard way. And it’s also what has shaped TVAC into the agency it is today.
This award isn’t just about being the “most dedicated” once. Dedication has been our compass from the very beginning. It’s dedication to our clients, who trust us to keep their businesses running smoothly. Dedication to our team of VAs, who represent TVAC with professionalism and care. And dedication to an industry that, for too long, lacked structure, credibility, and consistency.
Dedication means doing things properly, even when it would be easier not to. It means putting systems in place so outsourcing feels seamless, building our unique VA portal so collaboration is transparent, and creating opportunities for both clients and VAs to thrive. It’s persistence. It’s care. It’s choosing the right path, even when it’s the harder one.
From the start, my mission has been clear: to raise the standard of the VA industry. Outsourcing has often had a poor reputation — stories of miscommunication, lack of professionalism, or work that just doesn’t meet the mark. I knew it could be done better.
That’s why I built TVAC not just as a matchmaking service, but as an agency with real infrastructure, accountability, and heart. Our portal, our onboarding processes, and our reporting systems aren’t “nice extras” — they’re there to show that outsourcing can be just as professional and reliable as hiring in-house, if not more so.
Winning Most Dedicated VA Agency feels especially meaningful because it validates that belief. It shows that our refusal to cut corners, and our insistence on raising the bar, really does make a difference — not just for us, but for every business owner and VA who comes through our doors.
At the heart of this award are the business owners who’ve trusted us. They span every sector you can think of — property, creative businesses, consultancies, professional services — but they all share one thing in common: the need for reliable support that gives them back their time and freedom.
Our dedication to clients is about more than just ticking tasks off a to-do list. It’s about understanding their goals, their challenges, and their way of working. It’s about building processes that make outsourcing stress-free and ensuring that the support we provide actively helps them grow.
Every time a client tells me their business feels lighter, or that they finally have breathing space to focus on what matters most, I’m reminded why I started this journey. For me, this award belongs as much to them as it does to TVAC.
This recognition is also for our associate VAs, who are the lifeblood of TVAC. They are talented, committed professionals who pour their expertise and care into every task.
From day one, I’ve been determined to create more than just a place where VAs “pick up work.” I wanted to build a community where they are supported, trained, mentored, and valued. A place where they can grow careers, not just find gigs.
I truly believe that when VAs feel empowered and respected, they do their best work for clients — and that belief has shaped everything about how we operate.
Recognition is wonderful, but for me it’s never the end goal. This award is fuel. It motivates me to keep building, keep supporting, and keep proving that the VA industry can and should be held to higher standards.
For our clients, that means even more innovation in the way we deliver support, from new features in our portal to expanding our team of highly skilled associates. For our VAs, it means more training, more opportunities, and more encouragement to grow. And for the industry as a whole, it means continuing to lead by example — showing that outsourcing, done properly, is transformative.
I’m deeply grateful to the Southern Enterprise Awards for recognising our work. But more than that, I’m grateful to the people who made this possible: every client who trusted us, every VA who delivered exceptional work, and every person who’s supported our mission along the way.
Dedication is never achieved alone. It’s built on collaboration, trust, and shared values. And this award is proof of what’s possible when you stay true to your purpose and keep showing up, day after day.
Being awarded Most Dedicated VA Agency is humbling, but it’s also a reminder that dedication isn’t a one-off achievement. It’s a daily choice. A commitment to doing things with care, persistence, and purpose.
That’s the path I’ll continue to walk with TVAC: serving with humility, innovating with intention, and empowering both business owners and VAs to succeed.
And if you take anything away from this, let it be this: you don’t need a perfect background or a head start to build something meaningful. You just need the right mindset, the determination to keep going, and the dedication to do things properly.
